FITNESS FUSION FEEDBACK PLEASE

We've heard some feedback about Fitness Fusion... some really like, some saying that it is too challenging and "not doable". We very much appreciate ALL FEEDBACK! I would love some more input from those who have taken it on what they disliked about it. We are constantly working to improve this "product" and make revisions, so that anyone who participates can get a great workout and enjoy the class. We have insisted instructors give several options for the various moves shown-- something for varying levels of fitness. To give you a better understanding of what Fitness Fusion is... it really is a METABOLIC CONDITIONING CLASS where the goal is to pump up your EPOC, or Excess Post Oxygen Consumption, so that you receive a huge metabolic boost post-workout time with a tremendous caloric expenditure effect on the body. To receive these benefits, points of high intensity must be reached taxing the body's energy reserves. Basically, it is designed to be a kick-butt workout, HOWEVER, it doesn't have to be if an individual is still building their fitness level or simply does not want to take all high-intensity options. So, to make the product even better, we want your feedback!!

  1. I really like going from the cardio to strength training. I think it is a great workout. What I really like it because when I take total tone or body attack it feels easier then it did before.

  3. 5:30 fitness fusion with cardio and strength. Gets the whole workout in at once so the weekend can begin!
