TRX Community Connection

For those members who are seeking to workout together on the TRX training system, but don't know where to find this person, look no further than here! BLOG the following info:

1. Track (Fitness, Pilates or Alternative)
2. The Best Day(s) to train during the week (Sun - Sat)
3. The Preferred Time to Train (5:30am; 9:00am; 2-4pm; after 6pm; etc)

Then, log back on to connect to one another! Once you have a training partner, then contact the TRX Trainer of your choice via e-mail OR see the Member Services Desk to schedule your first group training session!
